With over 10 years of practice, his experience has covered all aspects of immigration law with particular success in strategic and corporate matters. Paul has appeared on Australian national television, radio and online media – he was also featured on the recent SBS documentary, “Who Gets To Stay in Australia?”

Nick graduated from La Trobe university with a Bachelor of Business with major in Human Resources. He also completed a Master of Education obtained from University of Newcastle in 2022.
Nick has worked across white- and blue-collar recruitment for over 15yrs specialising in Region and Remote recruitment. He has a in depth knowledge of changing workforce trends, helping candidates’ careers grow and meeting client expectations through talent searching and placement.
Nick has strong operational values and is an experienced Account Manager with a strong track record of connecting top talent with leading companies. Working throughout Australia, Nick has worked with major National and International companies in both temporary and permanent recruitment.

Nicole Heinze holds a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and is a German-South African, fluent in English, Afrikaans, German, and Portuguese. Having lived in the UK, Germany, Mozambique, and South Africa. Nicole has firsthand experience with the complexities of immigration. Her personal journey, which includes relocating as a mother, has given her deep insight into the emotional and practical challenges families face when moving.
